ラフテーとは沖縄県の郷土料理の1つで、
皮付の三枚肉またはヒサガー(皮付のもも肉)を泡盛や醬油で甘辛く味付けした料理。
いわゆる豚肉の角煮のことです。
琉球王朝時代、宮廷料理として、
また戦前までは男性の社交場でもあった辻遊廓では華やかな宴席料理として食されていた料理でしたが、
今では沖縄で最も日常的に消費されるようになりました。
ラフテーが家で手軽に楽しめる！
自分で作ると手間がかかるラフテーが温めるだけで手軽にお家で楽しめます！じっくりと熟成させた泡盛を使って煮込んだ豚肉は、口の中でとろけるくらいです。
《フライバンで温める場合》
蓋を開け、中身を取り出しフライパンで温める。目安は中火で1分。
《お湯で温める場合》
蓋を開けずに沸騰したお湯に入れて10分程度温める。
《電子レンジの場合》
耐熱容器等に移し、ラップをかけて温める。目安は500Wで2分。
